I’ve been there

For over a decade, my relationship with food completely took over my life. My thoughts, my energy, and my relationships were all affected. I tried everything, and nothing stuck until I stopped trying to control food and started learning to trust myself instead.

That shift changed everything. And it happened slowly, through a lot of trial and error and without much support. I became a health coach because no one should have to spend years figuring this out alone.

I’m a certified health coach with 8 years of experience helping women break free from the diet cycle and find lasting peace with food. My approach is rooted in intuitive eating, real life sustainability, and practical tools that actually work.

I’m not here to give you another plan to follow. I’m here to give you a completely different way of thinking about food. You’ll notice it starting to feel like freedom. I still practice what I teach, especially on the hard days.

3 Things I believe

  • Everyone deserves to feel free around food rather than controlled by cravings, guilt, or rules that were never designed to work long term.
  • You have the right to be empowered with the knowledge to choose what foods, habits, and routines feel good for your body and your life (not stuck with someone else’s idea of healthy).
  • There is nothing wrong with you. The diets and rules you’ve been given are often what keep you stuck. When you change the approach, you find healing and freedom.

A few things about me

  • I have two cats who technically aren’t allowed on our Zoom calls, but if you’d like to meet them, they’ll happily make an appearance.
  • I’m firmly in the pineapple-on-pizza camp, and yes, pizza absolutely has a place in a happy, healthy lifestyle. Interestingly, I’ve noticed the people who love it have always loved it, and the people who don’t have always felt that way. Food opinions run deep!
  • Outside of coaching, I love long walks on nature trails, exploring new parks, and camping with my family. Getting outside is so important for my mental health and wellbeing.
